    Founder

    Seeing opportunities where others see only obstacles, Cole Ellis-Hale established Millside LTD in the fall of 2020. His forward-thinking approach and ability to work in partnership has resulted in the successful redevelopment of over half a dozen properties in Millside’s first year alone. With a commitment to environmental sustainability and his solutions-based approach, Cole has expanded Millside’s offerings to meet the growing demand for residential EV charging station installation.

    With life-long ties to the Region, including earning a degree from Laurier’s Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Cole believes his success is inextricably tied to the success of Waterloo Region – success he pursues with integrity, determination, and commitment.
